Terms of Service

Scoopsit provides residential and commercial dog waste removal, yard cleanup, dog walking, and pet sitting services across Nassau and Suffolk County, Long Island, NY. Service details, pricing, and availability are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.

• You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to your yard or property on scheduled service days.
• Scoopsit is not responsible for delays or missed visits caused by locked gates, aggressive animals, severe weather, or other conditions outside our control, but we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.
• There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel or change your service plan at any time by contacting us.
• If we ever miss a spot, let us know within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean it at no charge.

Pricing is based on the service plan you select, yard size, and number of pets, as quoted at booking. Payment is due according to the billing terms provided to you at signup (for example, recurring billing after each visit). Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree that Scoopsit may contact you by SMS text message regarding scheduling, service reminders, confirmations, billing, and customer service.

• Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase any service.
• Message frequency varies based on your service schedule and inquiries.
• Message and data rates may apply.

• We do not share mobile opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We take reasonable care while performing services on your property. To the extent permitted by law, Scoopsit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Please notify us promptly of any concerns so we can make it right.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
